Yes, personalization by means of encapsulated inserts has an excellent quality/aesthetic/price ratio. If you are a printer this is a very good option.

The price includes the placement in our product of the file provided by the customer following his precise instructions.

Vector files in PC format are valid. Texts must be traced, or fonts must be provided. For images, the minimum resolution is 300 dpi at its size.

If you need us to compose some text and place the logos you provide us with, you have to provide us with a sketch and/or precise instructions. The composition of AAFF is not included in the prices.

We will always send you a PDF of your product in your size so you can check measurements and design. We need your written approval before we start manufacturing.

We can send you photos and samples of similar materials and/or products, etc. And we will always send you a PDF of your product at your size. Making a finished sample has a cost that varies in each case. Consult your Triple Q advisor.

Yes, of course. At Triple Q we are specialists in the custom manufacturing of plastic products.

We have some standard products for immediate service. We also have a large number of tooling that could be adapted to your product. Your TRIPLE Q consultant will help you find the best solution.

We are manufacturers. We design and manufacture all our products in our facilities in Arganda del Rey. The vast majority of our raw material comes from the EU.

At Triple Q we take care of the quality of our products from the moment of design to delivery to the customer. Your consultant can send you samples so you can check it.

At triple Q we only use 100% recyclable plastics. If you want to know more about how to recycle our products, ask your Triple Q advisor. We can print logos according to ISO 14021 and ASTM D7611 standards on most of our products at no additional cost, to facilitate identification in recycling plants.

At Triple Q we have a strong environmental commitment. All the energy we consume comes from renewable sources. We manage 100% of our waste and have developed a pioneering PVC recycling system in Spain. We are close to achieving Zero Waste

The usual form of payment for customized orders is 50% upon order formalization and 50% before delivery. For other forms of payment please contact our financial department.

At the time of quotation your Triple Q consultant will give you an approximate lead time, which is usually between two and five weeks. It depends on many factors: availability of tooling and materials, order volume...

Production confirms the exact delivery date two to three working days after the order is placed and the final design is approved. Our rate of compliance with confirmed dates is 99.62 % in the last audited fiscal year.

As we manufacture to measure you can order any quantity. But there are some fixed costs for machine start-up, logistics, etc... so the minimum we can invoice you for special manufacturing orders is 300 €. EXW

For custom-made products, a /- 5% difference between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered is allowed. If you need a different tolerance, please consult your consultant.
